1 Unwinding Unit
- The unwinding unit adopts the traction motor to unwind the rolls and the magnetic powder brake to ensure the stable unwinding;
- An air shaft is inserted into material rolls. Pneumatically controlled swing arm devices, a hydraulic loading system and the pneumatic brake are installed to lift or drop the rolls so easily that even one worker can complete the process alone;
- A test and alarm system is adopted in the unwinding unit to inform operators of roll replacement by alarms;
- The unwinding system is equipped with the floating tension control device to maintain the loaded roll tension;
- An imported web guide system is applied in the unit to limit the bag deviation within ±1mm and to ensure the unwound material flatness by working with the automatic tension adjustment system.
2 Perforation Unit
- The perforation unit adopts Burckhardt microneedle perforating rollers which create 64 pins per square centimeter, ensuring valve bags’ air permeability and tension;
- The perforating rollers are made up of modular units, and if somewhere is damaged on the rollers, what can be replaced is the damaged unit rather than all the rollers, minimizing production cost;
- The pin size adjustment device adopts a structure of threaded rod and handwheel. The handwheel has number marks, making the size adjustment convenient.
3 Bag Making Unit
- The bag making unit comprises the feeding mechanism, the color register, a cutting system and other systems. The cutting system offers precise performance with a tracking system of cut-to-length and color mark, two methods which can be chosen on screen;
- The color register can be moved vertically or horizontally;
- Making alarms for no bags;
- Manually operable.
4 Bag Transport Unit
- The bag transport unit adopts a vacuum negative pressure system to promote the bags’ rapid and stable vertical transport;
- Dual servo motors are used to control the transport at different sections and ensure the transport to be timely and stable;
- Cylinder is used to control nip rollers and make the material transport easy;
- Photoelectric detecting sensor is applied in the transport unit to make alarms and stop the bag making process when the transport goes wrong.
5 Bag Opening Unit
- The bag opening unit is made up of the bag opening device and the mouth separation device.
- The opening device is driven by a single servo motor and negative pressure ventilation equipment, and relies on the timing belts to open the 2-ply laminated bag at a set angle and stable speed;
- Driven by a servo motor, two separation rods of the separation device can maximize the bag mouth.
6 Bottom Forming Unit
- The bottom forming unit is made up of the triangle formation device and belt conveyors;
- In the triangle formation device, two groups of triangle plates work in turn to ensure the efficient and stable formation. The plate width is adjustable to adapt to bags of different sizes;
- The belt conveyors ensure the complete closure of the bag mouth.
7 Welding Unit (Heat Sealing)
- The welding unit uses the ultrahigh temperature heat gun whose working temperatures are adjustable and which is equipped with thermocouple temperature sensors;
- A blackout protection system is applied in the unit to prevent the heat gun from being burned for excessively high temperatures if the wind machine stops working due to the blackout;
- The welding unit adopts the servo motor to drive the wind direction switching mechanism so as to ensure the accurate location of welding points;
- The blower mouth width is adjustable to adapt to bags of different sizes, eliminating the need of component replacement;
- The welding unit adopts a temperature control system to maintain the welding temperature, consolidating the welding effect;
- Holes on the machine’s suction rollers are much closer to each other, effectively preventing patches from curling up.
8 Folding Unit
- The folding unit uses several folding plates to form a fixed folding route;
- The folding width can be adjusted easily and precisely with the threaded rod.
9 Reinforcing Patch Transport Unit
- The reinforcing patch transport unit serves the valve and bottom patch transport, web guide, cutting, welding and other processes;
- The web guide system helps precise patch sticking and to ensure deviation-free transport with an anti-entangling device and color mark tracking system to ensure transport, increasing the bag qualification rate;
- Cutter rollers controlled by a single servo motor ensure identical cut length;
- The transport mechanism driven by a single servo motor benefits the precise location of welding points which can be adjusted by the touch screen or buttons.
10 Valve Bag Stacking & Conveying Unit
- The stacking and conveying unit uses caterpillar tracks to press the bag and make the discharge smoother;
- The unit can release and stack a certain number of bags at a time and the number can be set on screen;
- Servo motor is used as a driving device for conveying and the transport distance can be set on screen.
11 Protection System
- The protection system meets the standards of GB5083-1999;
- The protection unit consists of aluminum alloy frames, PET plates, an automatic alarm and error display system and so forth;
- The machine user manual lists requirements for safety. Obvious warning marks are attached to the dangerous parts, such as electricity- and wind-related mechanisms;
- Opening any protection door will force the machine to stop working without causing damage.
12 Electrical System
- The electrical system adopts a data monitoring system and cloud control technology to help data collection and remote machine diagnosis, promoting efficient production and maintenance;
- Meeting requirements of GB 5226.1-2008;
- Machine power is single-phase 220Vac, and the system power is 24Vdc;
- Electrical cabinet protected by revolving doors is equipped with a cooling system. The standardized and tidy wiring in the cabinet makes maintenance easy;
- All wires and components have complete and clear number marks in line with existing diagrams;
- Ensuring easy operation and providing password protection for important parameters.
13 Pneumatic System
- The pneumatic system’s configuration meets national standards;
- Components like the cylinder and electromagnetic valves all have their own component marks;
- The air inlet is equipped with the pressure adjustment and maintenance device. The best working pressure is 0.5MPa or above.
14 Spray Coating
- The default spray coating is silver grey. A specific color reference card is required if customers demand other colors.
15 Optional AI Vision Inspection System

Machined Parts
All the machines parts have been treated on the surface. Bare parts are made of 304 stainless steel, coated with nickel or chrome, or have experienced anodizing and other treatment. The transport parts are made from special steel and have experienced thermal refining.

Materials of Valve Bag
- Materials: cylinder-shaped woven bags whose internal and external surfaces need to be laminated with films at a rate of 18-20g/m2.
- Materials Rolls: outer diameter≤1700mm; width≤620mm; inner diameter of 203.2mm (8 inches).
- Material roll length deviation: ±0.5mm.
- The roll sheet should be printed with two belts with obviously different colors (checked by the supplier) or the sheet of every bag should have an 8mm*4mm color mark belt.
- The inside of rolled bags is not sticky, so the bag can be opened by rubbing.
