Reducing repair and maintenance costs - Personnel Training We manufacturer will send technicians to customer factory to provide training about machine operation and adjustment and trouble identifying and shooting for you. And customers should also deploy one or two technicians for additional support.
- Equipment Maintenance The warranty for equipment maintenance is one year. We will be responsible of repairing or replacing damaged components or even replacing the machine for free when the damage results from our design and manufacturing deficiency, in the context that the machine is used strictly in line with our user manual.
- Technical Support In three years, we will upgrade outdated programs which will otherwise impact machine performance for free.
- Regular Follow-up We will arrange regular video meetings to exchange machine operation information with customers and further improve customer experiences accordingly.
